The installers did an outstanding job. They explained the installation and how the windows operate and how they are easily cleaned and maintained. Everything was cleaned with the house looking like new. All old windows and accessories were taken away. Very satisfied with everything and would highly recommend Window World to all friends and family.

Our sales guy Joe was great to work with. The guys who installed our garage doors, front door and sliders were amazing!! The guys who installed our windows were great also, but they rushed a little and made a few errors. These errors are supposed to get fixed though, so We can’t complain. Overall they were great to work with and I would use them again, and recommend to family/friends.

We purchased our home windows from Window World ten years ago and highly recommend them. The lifetime warranty is a huge benefit, no questions asked and there when you need them.

I would recommend them because two installers were very friendly and good at what they did. I do have one complaint, the day of installation we noticed the lock on the storm door was not working and one of the installers said a note would be made and someone would come out to correct problem. I called the company and was told no nite was ever made but a repairman would be sent out in a week. No one showed up on date told to me. We received a call about service and informed them no one came out and was told no nite received. Still waiting for a call vack

I love dealing with Window World. I purchased my storm door and entry door from them last year. Required some adjustments. Service is great. They set up an appointment and were on time. I was so satisfied, that I had 4 windows replaced this year. Installation went as planned. Cleanup was awesome.They also offer a finance plan interest free. Will be replacing the rest of my windows before summer ends.

Did a clean and efficient job. Flashing around windows is always perfect. Knowledgeable installers answered any questions I had.Waited 6 months for windows due to COVID. Did not get any updates over that time (regular time is 6 weeks). Had to call the installer to get the ball rolling.

I recently contracted with Window World of NE PA. Their salesperson Kevin Snow met with me, explained in detail their products, and installation and warranties. The windows are very nice, Window World custom made all windows to fit each opening and the New Windows did not change the appearance of the homes. Other than a weather delay everything went as advertised.My Tenants are well pleased as they have seen the benefits of lower heating costs in the first 2 months. The value of the product and installation and follow up versus the total out of pocket makes this a Great Investment to my rental property.I highly recommend Window World of NE PA to all of my Landlords and property Owners that I service at My Allstate Agency.

We recently had Window World convert a sliding door to a window, replace original windows throughout the house and install new siding and trim. We would definitely recommend them and their entire team of professional installers. Jeff especially takes pride in his work and pays special attention to detail. He is an extremely hard worker and was great with our dogs Riley & Brody. (Brody is still carrying your glove around!) The finished product is even better than we had imagined it would be!

We had spoken with several people who had their windows done by Window World. Everyone said they were the best. We finally took a ride to the home show where we met Joe, one of Window Worlds salesmen and someone who was recommended to us to speak with. We made an appointment with him to come to our home and give us an estimate on changing out all the window in the front of our home as these windows take a beating from the sun for 28 years and needed replacement. There was no pressure from Joe as he explained all the options for the windows and what he thought would look good. We waited about 4-6 weeks to call him back to confirm. Most salesmen would have called multiple times to try to talk us unto their product. Thankfully, he was not like rest and allowed us time to plan and decide.
Well today Matt showed up to install the windows in our home and I asked where his helper was. I would later find out he didn’t need any. What a great installer and nice man. Told us what was going on and how the windows would be installed and had the first room done in an hour. He even cleaned up after himself and ran the vacuum.
The windows look great, both employees we dealt with were professional, knowledgeable and true gentlemen.
We have given the company info to three friends/neighbors in the last 24 hours!

Calling trying to speak with someone got a little harder after my oder was placed. Looking into gutter and entry door prices. I certainly would recommend Window World.

The window crew showed up when we was told they would be here, worked right on through the house installing the windows, and cleaned up behind themselves.
