Window world is the best company for windows in USA. This is my 2 Nd time got their service. During pandemic when supply chain broke, I still got my windows installed and passed by city same day. Issue with city with glass block, window world work with Pembroke Pines city and passed. Alfaro and Alex installed it nicely. Manger Cavin is the best manager. He continues communicate and finish the job. I took loan just before finished but Cavin drove all the way take care paperwork. In office Ms Davie is very helpful. Window world helped me with not damage my structure and save trouble from city. Please verify no one can beat price and service as window world. I suffered 2 years for window at Tamarac with different window company. Window world is simply the best. Get few quote and find yourself. Thanks to window world team. I will agin use and refer friends and family.

Just ordered my replacement hurricane resistant window and door. My neighbor highly recommended Window World. Kevin was very knowledgeable, prompt, respectful and kind. Further, he responded to my request for additional documentation for my insurance company before I decided to contract with Window World! Customer service 100! Like what was said above. Tom Cruz took my order for French Doors & Jason came back out to double measure the door space. Then I waited 7 months for them to come out & put the doors in. Kevin would politely give me reasons why they weren't delivered when said. Waited 7 months! I was very fortunate to have a team that knew how to install doors. They are more sound proof & easy to open/close. Even the Therma Tru glass is heavier & easy to see thru. Jason said I would be happy with it. If you get this install team & can wait 7 months (hopefully less now?) I would highly recommend Window World.

Had Ron Cruz out to my house for window replacement. I thought he was great, and seemingly very knowledgeable.
He answered all questions and I believe him to be very honest. He explained the long lag in ordering and receiving windows and told me that June would be the expected time of installation.
So far, so good. Now I wait for the installation and the remainder of the review.

This review is being written based on my experience with the "sales" department. I will update my experience when the job is completed and hopefully it doesn't change. Kevin (sales manager) and Yasix (office contact) were the WindowWorld representatives I was in touch with during the quoting/inquiring process. Very cordial, helpful and knowledge but most important STRAIGHT TO THE POINT. Time is valuable for a busy working single mom like me and I really got tired of the sales pitch and constant follow up calls of all the other companies. I did my research and called several places and by far, price wise, WindowWorld offered me the most complete package for my money besides the most competitive financing option with Wells Fargo (monthly payments for 25 months interest free). Kevin made it happen and I am very very happy with that!

I had to have a single hung replaced due to a seal failure. I called the office and my window was ordered the same day. On install, Chico and Ricky came to my house. They took pride in their work and install was well done. These two guys are hard working and assets.Yesterday, 2/25/2020 I had 4 additional impact windows installed. The crew headed by David was without the slightest obstacle. Each window, and two were 20 ft high, were installed with care and professional. I am saving $$ to finish my whole house. Good job guys!

We had six windows and a sliding glass door (SGD) replaced by Window World. Although we had a difficult experience and long delays due to the manufacturer's quality control, Window World worked diligently with us to rectify and resolve the situation. I have been in the construction industry for over 30 years and understand completely how these situations can happen but it is always the resolution to the issues that make or break a relationship. Kevin Keegan, Yasix Bowen, Pam Portell and the owner, Mark Collins all played an important part of this resolution. In addition, the windows now look and work great since they were replaced by the manufacturer and reinstalled by Window World, making good on their warranty. The installers were respectful of our home and personable as well. We were also able to come to an agreement for the SGD that worked for both parties.I would certainly recommend Window World in the future and appreciate their commitment to finalizing a mutually fair deal.

I initially had 4 windows replaced in 2018 and from my first meetingwith Kevin Keagan. I was impressed. It took about 4 months, as expectedsince they were making them to fit my opening. Upon arrival the installation team was first class, professional and neat. They left thespace must cleaner then when they began. Today, I signed anothercontract to replace the sliders in the condo and will no doubt have thesame positive experience. Replacement windows take time and I amgrateful for the 250 kilowatt reduction in my electric bill. Great Job!

Thank you Window World! I love my new windows and beautiful doors! After doing some shopping around, I stopped in the office to see what they had to offer. The GM Kevin met with me and demonstrated the windows in the showroom and answered all of my questions. He made an appointment with me the next afternoon to come out and give me a quote. He showed up on time, measured all of my windows, answered my wife's additional questions, and quoted us $3500 less than our lowest quote that we already had (as was about to purchase before I met with him). There was no high pressure, the quote was clearly explained, as was the expectations of 3-4 months lead time, so we gave him a deposit. We got a call in the middle of September saying the windows were in and our permit had been issued, and the next available date for install was the 2nd week of October. The crew showed up and were 100% professional and friendly and got right to work. The install was scheduled for 2 days, but actually took 3 days due to some issues removing some of my windows and old crappy sliding glass door. They showed up on the 3rd day, finished the install promptly, cleaned up, and were out of there before we knew it. The total experience was top notch. I have recommended them to my family and neighbors, and my sister is getting a quote this week! Thank you Window World!!!

We recently had our windows replaced by “Window World” of West Palm Beach, as did our next door neighbors... We interviewed several Companies, but chose “Window World” of West Palm Beach based on their superior product & the professionalism & knowledge of their Representative, Kevin Keegan... We are very pleased with our new Impact Windows & the entire installation... Cole & his crew of 5 installers did a phenomenal job & as promised the installation of both houses took one day each! They arrived on time & did an excellent job, & to our amazement, even brought a vacuum & cleaning supplies to tidy up during the install... Several days later, there was a follow up visit by one of their workers, Chris who came by to check that the windows were installed properly & to be sure that they were functioning correctly... We were very pleased with “Window World” of West Palm Beach for the product we received, & for their overall Customer Service! We definitely recommend them!

Bought new windows and had them installed. They were very professional. Product came in on time and had them installed by the date they gave us. Will highly recommend them. Prior to Window World, I tried getting Windows installed by Paradise Windows which was a nightmare!! I waited 4 months for my Windows because they said the manufacture had them on back order which was totally BS. I had to fight for refund . I'm glad I was able to get my money back and do business with Window World!!
