From start to finish it was a pleasant experience. Salesman was not pushy and the crew was exceptional. I am a restoration contractor and I was impressed with how they went about the project; excellent procedures.

Extremely reasonable in pricing and excellent customer service. They replaced our windows several years ago and doors more recently. And the best part was they came and replaced a couple of latches years after the installation, fulfilling their life time warranty, without unnecessary fuss. Definitely recommend them

We had 8 of our home's windows replaced after 33 years. Price was very competitive, salesman was very good at explaining window features costs, and the general process of the removal and installation. The installation took one day, and met our expectations well. We had one screen issue which was corrected later to our satisfaction. I would recommend considering Window World when window replacement is needed.

I was very nervous a about hiring a window and door company, because there are so many scammers out there. I was also put off by the hard sell companies that waste hours of your time in the pre-sell B.S., like Andersen. I hadn’t heard of Window World before, but it was recommended on a mom’s group. I took a chance and the Rep. came over. Rob was straight-forward without the used car salesman vibe. I liked that the company is locally owned. We ordered all new windows and doors for our entire house, including 4 large custom sliding glass doors. Yes, it was pricey, but it was less than half the cost of the quotes. And these are real doors and windows, not the replacement ones. They sent a whole team out, and had them all replaced in 3 days. It was a massive undertaking. The installers were polite and tidy. The company is legit and professional. We got 2.5 years free financing, as long as we pay on time, which we do. I highly recommend!

My partner and I replaced 18 100-year old windows in our house with Joel and his team, and we would recommend these guys to anyone considering using them! Not only are they responsive, they care about their customers and are very focused on delivering a quality product and service. The team was on time (early!) and very neat during the installation and were as minimally invasive as possible. We are so thrilled with the work that they did, and we get compliments from our neighbors all the time on how good our windows look! We also had to have 1 window adjusted and 2 screens replaced after the install, and this was handled with great communication and very professionally. Can't say enough good things about Joel, Jackie and their team!

In the fall of 2021 I ordered a replacement front window with four sections knowing that the window would arrive sometime in May! It was a bit later but I called Window World and was kept in the loop of window arrival. The owner was very responsive in calling his manufacturer to find out exactly when the new arrival would be! It arrived, got the install scheduled for June and it was accomplished by a very skilled 3 men crew who removed my shutters, installed the new window, and reinstalled my plantation shutters with ease! I recommend this LISLE location for Window World! Joel is the owner who really does return your phone calls and is very nice to work with! My salesperson was Rob who also is nice and easy to deal with! My window was fairly priced! This Lisle location of Window World was recommended to me via Nextdoor Neighbor App by a a satisfied customer who bought from them!

Right from the beginning, this Window World team is incredibly professional and courteous. They're invested in delivering the right products for the job, rather than nickel-and-diming or up-selling you. Speaking with the owner, Joel, directly throughout the process made it seamless. One installer noticed manufacturing defects on two windows, and Sue called us the same day to schedule the installation of the repair. Highly recommend.

Was referred by a neighbor for their value and quality. Checked out their sliding doors in their Lisle location. Took about six months to get our doors, due to manufacturing delays. However, the screens were also delayed. Decided to install without them. The installation was good, but some minor issues such as missing bumper and alignment of door which made it hard to open. Fortunately, Window World followed up stating screens were available. They installed them first thing this week and address the issues we had with doors. Overall, we are happy with results, despite the minor hiccups. We will definitely use them again in the future.

The two (2) man team showed up on time on the designated date. Installed our new custom patio door in about half a day. Put down tarps to protect our newly finished floors. Only negatives were the lead time on the door (4 months) due to COVID of course and the standard door handle is pretty flimsy. I thought we were getting a different type but we’ll see how it goes.
