I am in need of something the cover the window in the bathroom of my new house. The window is in the bathtub/shower facing the front of the house. Scott Garvey showed me a sample of the window I could have installed. He also accurately pointed out that replacing just this one window, in the center of two others, would likely cause a discordant appearance to the front of the house.Scott was very professional, polite and well-informed. As I have been spending a lot of money on new flooring, electrical upgrades, painting and many other expenses since moving in one month ago, I decided against replacing this one window at this time. I will wait until I can afford to replace at least all the windows at the front of the house and will then contact Scott for that order.

Contacted Window world and met with Scott after comparing options with other companies for a quote on néw windows for the whole house. He showed me in great detail what types of windows were available to choose from, their construction and how they are designed to withstand the Florida climate. From the whole process, a great experience.I was told it would take about 10 weeks for the windows to come in, came in a little early. After comparing to the big box change, their prices were comparable. But not knowing much about windows, these windows were beyond expectation. They are thicker, you can open both the top and bottom for easy cleanind the screen goes up and down to. I highly recommend them, I am very please with service and the windows.

We had a lot of trouble with installation of windows by another co. in that they were improperly installed with large gaps. They ruined our window frames during this installation.We contacted Window World and the sales person Judy Sheahan came and looked at what we had and insured us that they can fix the problem with installation of the right size windows. Valentino Presutti and his team came and installed the proper sized windows and their workmanship was a plus for Window World. They set up an estimate promptly. After buying the windows they gave me a time frame and the install was right on time. The installers we both very nice. They cleaned up after themselves so I didn't have a mess to deal with. The windows are very nice. We have 6 more to go and once the money is saved we will be using Window World again.

Had an estimate given to replace a few windows. He came on a Saturday, which was great. I had forgotten about the appointment and even missed his call because I was doing yard work. He still came. I didn’t answer the door because I was outside and he came around back to find me. Very friendly and the estimate was fair.

I ordered double paned windows for my house today. Kenny my salesman was very good at explaining my options. I was unsure of what I wanted or needed for my area. Went with double pain vs impact Windows because of budget. I think I made the correct decision As he said that is what he has and not being beachside I should be ok. I will post again when windows are installed but so far I feel I am in good hands. Thanks Kenny for helping me make my final decision.Windows were installed and the crew did an amazing job. I enjoyed watching the teamwork. A few weeks later my sliding door was installed and that crew was excellent too. For new window quote. Bill Phillips was very nice and no pressure. Estimate was not the cheapest nor the most expensive. - UPDATE 4/1/21 We ordered 14 windows for our 3rd floor oceanfront condo. The ability to wash the window being double hung was something that appealed to us since we can't access the windows from the ground. The remeasure went well. Val did the remeasure and he was polite and professional. Will update the review after installation in October.

I’ve used Window World for my last two homes. Once about five years ago, and again last spring. I can’t say enough amazing things about the company and my rep, Kenny. He is hands-down the BEST! He was a former installer so his measurements are spot on, taking all the guesswork out of the process completely. The installers were kind, courteous, and efficient. They worked fast and were very accommodating to questions or anything that arose with my other subcontractors on site. There was a minor delay in a sliding door but the girls in the office were fast to address it and have me on the schedule as quickly as possible. If I ever needed windows/replacements again, there’s no question I’d call Kenny with Window World. I happily suggest everyone use them for the best service in town!

We’re thrilled with our windows! Andy the salesperson was excellent, friendly and informative! He brought a sample window, that was a huge selling point for us. The installers were excellent, professional, friendly and took the time to show us how to work the double-hung windows we purchased. The quoted time frame was 4-6 weeks and it was done in 5 weeks. The quality is fantastic! The whole house feels tighter and the traffic noise level is at least 60% less than before. I checked FPL usage estimate, it’s so far $75 less than last month’s electric bill! Happy 😃 Customers!

So far though I like the windows that were installed. Just wish it was all done so we could get inspection done and window treatments back up. Update slider finally installed and handle replaced. Just wish it would have been all installed in the 4-5 weeks that I was told. Now we need to wait for inspection due to coronovirus.

Craig our salesperson was very knowledgeable and you could see he truly enjoys his job. The windows took a long time to come in because of COVID. The head guy for the installation was very thorough and cleaned up debris in the yard and in the house. Only complaint I had was that the calking they used for my windows had to be applied on with a wet rag. When they left my house the windows had all this white dried Cali on them. Our neighbors wondered why I would be out cleaning newly installed windows. I think that said a lot to our neighbors but we did have a good experience and ordered the rest of our windows the next day.

From the salesman to the installation everything went great. Ordered windows and the came in right on time. Set up installation 2 days later. The installers were on time and did a great job and left our place clean even with 2 old flimsy single pane windows that broke while trying to get them out. I like that I have a lifetime warranty and Know that they will still be in business years down the road if needed.

We had Window World replacement windows installed on all of our house windows and really like them. We went with impact glass so that we don’t have to use shutters in storms.Constantine was an excellent A+ installer. He explained the process, answered all of my questions, demonstrated how to use the new windows, and kept the site clean as they worked.

Great windows.Windows really cut down noise levels from outside.We can tell less temperature variance in the house.Windows are really helping with temperature control.The Staff of Window World were really cooperative and polite in dealing with us.They have sent a technician out quickly with any minor issues with the windows.
