This is our third time we used window world for our Windows. All the services from the show room visit to the excellent quality of their products to the man who measured and wrote contract and to the team who installed the windows did an outstanding work. All appointments were on time and the installation only took 2 days and when they finished we were shown how to use the windows and they cleaned up. The MOST amazing experience. We dealt with Chloe Paris. She came to our home and was so friendly, personable and informative. She was thorough in her presentation. Allowed me to ask any and all questions, even repeating herself if I needed and I was never made to feel rushed or incompetent. SHE is what made is go with the product (windows) and then of course the quality of the windows as well. She was also very honest with us about the time frame and really spot on, they arrived when she estimated they would. The first installation specialist was not able to come for whatever reason (it does not allow for half stars, but still isn't enough of a reason to take a whole star) since he was a no call no show (I first of course hoped that he was ok, but then was frustrated as we prepped the home for the install, removing blinds etc.). However, the customer service was superb nonetheless. And they got someone out the following week. Anthony and his crew who did an absolutely wonderful job as well. They were helpful, meticulous and friendly. They also respected our home and left it the way it was before the work, which is always appreciated.Since the install our energy bill has gone down significantly, it is not nearly as hot in our home as it was previously and we also feel safer knowing we have windows with features that make break-ins more difficult.If you are in need or have been thinking about upgrading or finally fixing those windows you have then you really don't need to look any further. We're so happy with our purchase and will be completing the remainder of our home next year same time. And we won't go with anyone but Chloe and window world.

We decided to do a complete makeover of our exterior We had our windows replaced, our front and back doors replaced, and new siding and gutters replaced. Window World was not the cheapest bid, however their sales person Chloe Paris sold us on using Window World. Chloe was not only very knowledgeable about the products that the company sold, but very helpful with assisting us with the right choices, color, grade, etc.. From the time that we signed the contract, until completion of the job, Chloe stayed informed and cared about the progress. I highly recommend Chloe as a sales person, because she believes in what she sells, as well as stepping out of her sales roles and making things happen with the job - so as to keep her word for Window Worlds reputation. Window World is extremely fortunate to have this individual working for them, not only to sell their product, but uphold their reputation. Thank you Chloe !

After deciding I wanted to add replacement windows to my remodeling list, I called several local companies for quotes. The first company to respond sent a hard selling jerk of a salesman to my house. I all but threw him out - especially after his ridiculously exorbitantly high quote.Then, Window World’s, Ms Cloe stopped by. WOW - what a caring and knowledgeable representative of her trade. She answered all my questions - and then some - she was patient and checked back with me often (not too much and never pushy). The windows were made to order and arrived. They were installed yesterday. The installation crew was timely and professional. They installed 16 windows in a day and the windows look FANTASTIC.The quote was about half of what the other company presented.At the beginning of the process, I saw that WW had what appeared to be a higher grade window. When I inquired about it, Ms Cloe explained that window was built for harsh winter climates and that I wouldn’t need all that here in the south.I couldn’t be happier with the process and with my new windows. When the time comes for you to look into replacement windows - there is no other place to call than your local Window World.

It took several months for the doors to be manufactured and shipped, but as soon as they were received, we were scheduled quickly. Installers arrived exactly on time, were very friendly and professional and completed the entire job (two doors) in five hours. Great instructions on how to operate, and they cleaned up very well when they were done. We love the doors! Highly recommend.

Looked at multiple companies for complete window replacement on our older home. Everyone from the first phone call to the last was so sweet, professional, and wonderful. Chloe was our sales rep. She was attentive to our needs and helped us understand the product we needed for our home. She explained the pricing, time line and what to expect from the contractors. Due to the rain our installation date was changed but when the weather drastically changed for the better, we received a phone call that the installers could begin installing our windows that day.Johusett and Elizabeth were the names of our installers and I believe they were God sent. Not only did they install our windows, cover the base of the windows and were very professional, they also were able to cover the arch over our bed room window for a small extra fee.I then ask if I could pay extra if he could cover the outside of our garage door frames to match. Johusett took some measurements, called window world for a pricing and said yes he could.My husband and I were so pleased with their work. The same day I had a visitor to come by and as soon as she got out the car she complimented my home and said it looks like a brand new home. I told her that compliment goes to window world, Johusett and Elizabeth. Thank you for turning our 1978 built home into a new looking 2020 brick home.

Chloe came and answered every question I had,even informed me I could have been fined for the lead base paint that was around the windows that another company didn’t mention (southern siding of Columbia, sc) from the installation guys ( Charles and his brother) to Chloe the sale lady just a pleasure to deal with. I needed 16 replacement windows and would normally do this myself but unfortunately my window frames were of different dimensions and typical size windows from Lowe's or HD would not work unless I wanted to reframe. I had an excellent experience with Window World of Midlands. Chloe and her husband did a professional job surveying my home who understood and answered my questions and concerns. My windows were custom ordered and installed approximately a month later. Johusett and his wife Elizabeth did an excellent job. They worked great together as a team and took pride in their work and it showed. During install, they discovered one of the window sashes did not fit properly although I did not see anything wrong just by looking at it. They told me that the window sash was going to get reordered and installed at no additional cost. I know some contractors would not even mention something like this unless I pointed it out myself. Thanks Window World for my awesome windows! Stella at your office and my sales rep, Chloe Paris were both incredibly wonderful to work with! I visited the office at least 3 times prior to the install date and Stella was extremely helpful and informative. Chloe stopped by the day of the install to make sure things were going well. The installers were courteous, timely and very detail oriented. They removed all 11 of my old windows and had the new ones in place and everything cleaned up in approx 6 hours (I was expecting it to take at least 8.) I had a total of 9 estimates and Window World (by far) offers the most value for the money! The quality and features of their product are not just equal to, but superior to windows more than twice the cost! Please consider the reviews written in the most recent months and my experience. I called several places for estimates for my windows which I am solely remodeling my little lake house. One company told me I would have to have my husband present to receive an estimate which is the stupidest thing I have ever heard in the 20th century. Window World came out within a week and gave me an estimate and comparatively it was very fair. My windows were ordered and ready for install in approximately 3 weeks (4 was the given date) and I was given an appointment within a 5 day span. I was very excited! When the installers arrived I had some concerns over placement of the windows as I have never had windows replaced. Matt and Brandon were my installers and what an amazing credit to their profession they are! Matt was very thorough in his explanation of what he was going to need to do to make sure my windows work to the exact specification the salesman and I had discussed. As there was extra work involved than first expected he did not allow this to cause him any concern. He and Brandon stayed the entire day replacing the windows in my little house. They worked happily, methodically, professionally, and perfectly all day long. They were a credit to people in general, not leaving my home until the job was done just as it had been promised to me. I love my windows! I love my little lake house! And I love Window World for how beautiful my lake looks through their windows! I especially love Matt and Brandon for their work ethic! Rare today! As a side note, EVERYONE I spoke with was professional, courteous, and a pleasure to do business with!! Thanks to all of you!

Janet Jordan provided great recommendation and our windows look great. Our installer had vehicle issues, we were set back a few days. Janet took the time to stay with the installers so my wife and I could go to work, instead of missing a second day. She was great problem solver.The scheduling glitch and initial uncertainty of the solution , keeps me from providing 5 stars.
