I would highly recommend Window World. My experience was 5 star from the initial visit with Mark Kiser all the way through the installation of the windows by Gerald and Dalton Mason. They explained everything throughout the entire process. I spoke with Beverly, office associate, several times regarding questions and she was always professional and would always follow up with detailed information. I would use this company again without hesitation.

My in home consultation was the first experience with Window World. Mark Kiser was wonderful. He was very professional yet laid back. He guided us to the best choice for our new windows. We never felt pressured or that he was trying to get us to spend more than we had planned. Then a few months later the guys who came and did our install were great! Very nice professional guys. They worked very quickly and efficiently. They respected our home and other than the NEW WINDOWS you couldn’t even tell they had been here! Our windows look and fit just perfect! I would recommend Window World to anyone even thinking about getting one or all windows replaced in their home.

I wasn’t pleased with the amount of time it took to receive the windows (it was 13 1/2 weeks) but the installation process was awesome. The 2 gentlemen who did the installation were very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. They showed me the entire process and answered all my questions. I am very pleased and proud of my new windows. They are beautiful.

My recent window order was not correct when they came to install the windows. They were punctual in getting replacements. However
Most all the screens were defective and need to be replaced. I’m waiting on those to come in. I feel the level of quality has diminished in the windows.

I would highly recommend Window World. We had a great experience with our salesman and the installers. It started raining on the day our windows were installed. They explained to my husband that they would need to come back the next day and do the outside caulking. He explained how the rain would cause the caulking to run down the side of the house and look like paint. Very good experience!

Windows are great quality! We really like our new windows. The installers were fantastic, polite, and knew what they where doing. We have new carpet in a couple of our rooms and when my husband asked them to try not to track the carpet up with mud (it rained all day the previous day) they took their shoes off to work in those rooms. Thank you!!
