      I had windows replaced in my sunroom in Somerset. The rep was courteous and knowledgeable. He came out and measured and also gave me a quote for my French doors. The windows were installed quickly, and they look amazing. We had Window World replace all of the windows in my house in Prestonsburg, and they did such a fantastic job that I had them do the windows on this house in Somerset. They always clean up after the work is done, and I absolutely love the lifetime, plus one guarantee. I am leaving this review after I've had the windows in for a couple of years, and they still look amazing.

      Some initial challenges, but the owner Jason was very responsive, even coming to our home to address our concerns. His install Team is excellent, and their attention to deal in follow-up issues was amazing. Very pleased, and plan to hire again for a new home we purchased in Pineville, KY. Jason went above and beyond, even sharing some excess materials we needed for another project....Thanks so much!

      Great job! Got our windows in quicker than expected, cleaned up as he worked and very friendly! They contacted me a few times to see how things went. When a company wants feedback about their service that says a lot about the quality of their work! Would definitely recommend them!

      Great experience, very professional staff, courteous and polite from sales staff to installers. Had a torn screen right after install Came back immediately and repaired it no questions asked. Looks fantastic whole house is much quieter since new windows were put in.
