My family has a pleasant experience with Window World of Butler. Despite a few delays due to Covid and weather they kept us in the loop, were always professional and friendly. Our custom window looks as we hoped for. Installation was neat and professional as well.

Window World did everything to accommodate us for this installation. They showed up on time, did a great job installing the window and cleaned everything up when they were done. They even put my furniture back for me

Only blip in the record is that I did not know the door install arrival window was in the afternoon not the 8 to 10 AM arrival window like it was for the window installation. Other than that everything was great and both teams dealt with adversity quickly and efficiently. The Amish window crew was excellent they were very thorough and friendly I would recommend window world to anyone that is in the market for new windows.

They worked as a team and installed 10 windows in less than 5 hours. Nice guys and they protected my floors and cleaned up after they were done.

We ordered windows several years ago and I was very pleased with the professionalism from the estimates to the installation. Fast forward several years later one of the windows started to get a little cloudy inside for some reason and I called and without hesitation they ordered another window and had it replaced. Now that's great customer service. I know they have a lifetime warranty but I didn't think it would go that smoothly. I would highly recommend them. We used the Butler PA window world.

Customer service (Rhea) was very friendly and easy to deal with. The guys that did the installation were really nice and did a great job. They definitely knew how to do their job. We did have some issues with a few of the window locks which WW service is currently working with us to correct. I'm hoping by the time that is all taken care of I'm still happy with it.

Could not be more pleased with installation and windows. Did not expect the job to go so smoothly with a farm house that's over 100 years old.

Highly impressed with my experience from window world. Truly professional and kind people. Had Ron Droske come out for an estimate on window replacements. Very kind and very punctual. He answered any questions I had and explained everything very well. I had other estimates given to me from Window Nation and Zen Window's (which told us they could not work on townhouse's that had more than 5 units which ours was the 5 unit, so that was a bust). Anyways called Window Nation up since they were offering a Buy 2 get 2 deal with Pens tickets included (lets just say a total rip off. Called them up to have someone come out. Never did they send anyone out and thus said the reason being was because they do all the estimates through solar imaging??? What the heck is this and I'm sorry if I'm having windows replaced and spending this kinda money I want a professional at my door to go over everything with me and to see if any repairs etc need to be made before I fork out the money then issues arise because an employee decided not to take the time to come out and get accurate measurements. Long story short their over the email/phone estimate for 4 double hung windows ended up coming to $2,759 dollars not including any repairs etc that would need to be done. Another bust!!!) Finally Window World to the rescue. Came out gave me an estimate for 5 windows NOT just 4 and I upgraded to triple pane instead of double pane, dadadada and the cost came to $3,240. Timeline 1 month then I'll get a call for installation. So far my experience with Window World over exceeded my expectations and Ron Droske was fantastic and very kind hearted. Great experience and can't wait for the installation of our windows. Will update once windows our installed but satisfied so far!!! 😄😄😄

We own an older home that still had aluminum siding. We contracted with Window World to install new insulated siding. What a remarkable difference!! They started the project on Friday morning and when we returned home from a long weekend away on Sunday afternoon the siding was installed. Our house looks like a different house. We are very please with the outcome. The crew cleaned up the area pretty well, we are finding a few small pieces of siding and nails/screws. They may have been able to take a little more care with the landscaping next to the house, but the plants will grow back. There is an item that needs attention, it has been addressed and will be taken care of in a professional, timely manner. I would highly recommend Window World of Butler for your home improvement projects.
