I have had my Window World windows for 10+ years. I have completed many improvements to my older home and the windows are without a doubt the best. The Clarksville office is always on spot and very helpful. The installation was easy and without any problems. The staff that cover the warranty if a seal fails are helpful and courteous and so respectful. I definitely recommend Window World for home improvements!

Ordered a sliding glass door. The door took quite a long time to come in but once it arrived Zach and his crew installed it quickly. We had some trouble with the lock but with a quick phone call Zach came back out and made a quick adjustment that took just minutes and it was repaired quickly. Would use them again.

I was very impressed with the installation of my windows. They showed up on time and we’re very professional. I had 17 windows replaced and they made quick work of it and cleaned up all of the mess. I would use them again!

We live in an older home, had a huge old school grid window that needed to be replaced. We called window world and the owner (Michael Hoover) personally came out, measured our windows and gave us a design consult on what style of windows we could order.We decided to go with 2 double hung windows and a large picture window attached together to replace our massive grid window, it looks great.

I ordered the door in October and was told I would get it in 12 wks because of Covid. 12 weeks passed and no doors. I received the door at the end of the following January after going down to Window World asking where my door was. After speaking with Mandy about it she got on the case. She got my doors and had them installed. Zach and his crew did a great job installing them. They did have to come back and make adjustments but it was really quick and easy. The sliding doors look great.

I had windows installed over a year ago and noticed a little gap in the seal, called up and the very next day had two gentlemen come in and fix the issue in under 20 minutes. They were polite, quiet and showed me exactly what was wrong and how they fixed it. Both men took their boots off without me asking bc it was super muddy out and they didn’t want to track it inside the house. The gap is gone and you can’t tell any work was done!

Looked for a half moon window in stock…called and they had 2….everyone else was several weeks out and the builder needed it immediately. Great price and personable stay. Thank you, Crystal and Mandy. My brother was grateful.

My friend recommended windows world to me.great sells rep. They don't push to sell,honest, friendly.I, actually not going to replace the window after getting their quote. Not because of the price, but the schedule. About 4 month to install, or longer depends on their supplier and staff.

Kyler was extremely professional and efficient! I had to have the top portion of my window replaced and he had it done within 5 minutes. It took a few weeks to get the materials in but that’s the same with everything in the world right now! I highly recommend them, and will definitely be using them again if i need anything window related.

Sales/time is so-so, I would say average. Very friendly and accurate, but needs work in the communication department! We waited a little over 6 months for 2 windows, but I had to reach out consistently to check installation status. The original quote was 6-8 weeks. I emailed about once a month from May - October for our March order.The installation team was superb. They were on time, super friendly, and probably the best of the whole experience. Nick and Josh especially mademe want to work with WW again. They explained what they were doing, personalized the experience, helped with prepping and cleaning up, and really just went above and beyond. Installation team was a 10/10!

This is the 3rd time we've used Window World and as usual we weren't with their product or service. We had to wait for our window, but that was expected with the way the pandemic has been effecting everything, but when it came in they were out in a timely manner and got the job completed. My wife was impressed with the number of workers and especially with their polite manners. If we ever need another window, which we shouldn't because all our windows have been replaced with Window World windows, we'll be giving them a call.

I was very happy with Window World. The windows seemed to be of good quality. I was very impressed with how quickly they were able to install 14 windows (in less than three hours). It has been a few weeks since installation and so far no problems have appeared and all is well. The only negative issue I had was a very long lead time from when I ordered the windows until they were delivered (5 months), but that may have been beyond their control. I would recommend them.

Once on site, they went about their work professionally and carefully. They were respectful of the property, and they finished in a timely fashion. The clean-up was also thorough and in the final walk-through, the lead installer again answered questions and explained all the features of the windows.It was a great experience from beginning to end.

Ordered 14 Windows with sales rep in house in December and didn’t get them until March but I didn’t reflect this is my ⭐️ review because of COVID. But still that stunk. And then the sales rep at my house mismeasured 5 of my windows so again not a great experience there only getting 9 of my windows after 3 months waiting. However, they refunded my costs for those windows they messed up after I told them I don’t want to wait for the rest now without hastle.. they even initially got the refund number wrong so they followed up to correct that later. I felt the contractor and sub contractors were fast and efficient in their installation.All in all the windows quality and work quality is good and the zero hassle was amazing but there were glaring flaws in the process the whole way through and I just hope I experienced more issues than the average customer.I would’ve given this 3 1/2 stars but couldn’t so I took one star because the convenience factor was why I did this and after waiting 3 months and only getting a portion of the windows I need to rent the place out really hurt my budget and me.

We purchased windows to replace our old ‘50s windows and the process was easy! The salesman was very knowledgeable and the installation crew was phenomenal. They worked quickly and efficiently and left no mess or debris. I have nothing but great things to say and would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Installed beautiful exterior shutters on my brick home.

In the beginning, we had some hiccups as far as getting the installation set up and completed. We had to reschedule a few times but we took Covid into consideration and figured this wasn't a normal occurrence with this company. Crystal eventually got us setup with our installation crew and they were amazing! Super professional and friendly. I would recommend this company! If it isn't right, they'll make it right and call to checkup and make sure you were happy with the outcome.

I had my windows replaced and a patio door with side lights to replace an old sliding glass door. The windows and door are more energy efficient and gave my older home a much needed face lift. I never heard of Window World until I became a Nashville Predator’s hockey fan. I had no idea what kind of services they provided except for installing new windows. During the breaks and between periods at Bridgestone Arena, I would see the Window World branding with the skaters, advertisements, and special program sponsorships. I picked up a brochure that listed all of their services and called them to get an estimate on getting a new garage door, shutters, and new siding to update my house. The sales person Josh, was excellent and took his time with me. He gave me his business card with his contact information on it, just in case I had questions. I ended up calling him a couple of times and he was very respectful. There was no pressure to make a purchase. Krystal coordinated my work and communicated the dates and times with me. She was also very professional and kept me apprised of every detail. The work and materials are all of good quality with warranties. I couldn’t be happier! I highly recommend Window World for many reasons. However, most importantly, it was a one-stop shopping experience for me. I didn’t have to look for credible contractors to do my work. I feel that I received both quality and value in the services that I received. Again, I am very happy with the end results!

Just want to share my experience so far. Sales person was the greatest no slide shows no gimmick to sale the windows. Just normal down to earth guy. Answer all my questions gave me information on products they sell. Showed me the windows and gave me very pair price. Probably the best price I had gotten out of 4 different companies. I should have known better to had called all the big companies. Instead support local company right here in clarksville. So I got 5 windows and two garge door openers which was a bonus didn't even know they did that. Thanks JoshWill update my review after the windows are installed.

These guys replaced 11 windows for us. They were professional, courteous, and very friendly. They came out on a Saturday at the time they told us and did a great job! I would recommend window world to anyone.

Pretty easy to deal with. Decent value. Original install time given to me was between 8am and Noon. After multiple calls they finally arrived at about 4:15pm. I paid in full when I purchased the windows. The lady on the phone when I called multiple times inquiring when they would arrive told me she was going to give me a discount. I have yet to hear back from them since my install about my credit refund she said I’d get. Haven’t heard from them until they called today to ask me survey questions about the install. So, needless to say.....still waiting for that refund credit. But, all in all, I’d use them again. Installers were pretty good....once they showed up.EDIT: Window world did reached out to me and I received my credit. They were very pleasant and apologetic. I ended up ordering 2 more windows from them.EDIT 2: I had the 2 additional windows installed. They were on time and the installer was very friendly and did the job perfectly.

Very nice historic site with some monuments honoring pioneers who struggled crossing Rocky Ridge in a bad snow storm in October of 1856. 13 died that day and are burried here. 2 others who helped dig the graves died that night and are burried nearby. Guides are there during June and July.

The crew from Window World was very courteous and on time. They went right to work only to find there was a miscommunication between myself and the salesman. We received the door opening opposite of what we ordered. Window World was kind enough to give us a discount to keep the door and to my amazement my wife likes it better the side it opens from. The crew did have to come back and adjust the door so that it was centered in the wall opening. Once it was completed it looked great and we are very happy we chose Window World for our replacement door. The door is a quality door and constructed well. Now all we need to do is get our door covering done and we will be finished. Thank you Window World and Zack and the guys for helping us with our home project. When I called to set up my appointment the person I spoke with was very friendly and professional. Steve Jackson came out and thoroughly explained the product and gave us choices. He was also very friendly and professional. He demonstrated how the windows worked. We chose the middle grade windows with the grid and they wrapped wood with aluminum. The men that came and did the work were awesome. They were on time and were done in a timely manner. Around 4 12 hours. They did an excellent job, cleaned up when they were done. Windows look amazing and so easy to clean. Love it. The total experience from beginning to end was smooth and efficient. It was reasonably priced also. I would recommend them to my friends and family. Thank you!

I was a little concerned at first that the installer were going to come on the scheduled date. However I think there was just a communication problem and they arrived within 30 minutes of the scheduled time They got right to work and within 3 ans a half hours they did an excellent job changing out 12 windows and completely wrapped them and were gone. They did an excellent job. I was very well pleased. When we can afford to have it done we will have them cover all the wood on the house with siding as well.

They did a wonderful job. I had my windows done and also some trim done around my garage door and around a door that we had done when we change one of our garages into a room. They arrived on time and did everything in a timely manner. And if there's a problem they came and explained what the problem was and got it fixed and finished the work. If I need anything else done . It will be with them. I would also recommend them to all my friends and family.

I just had 7 windows installed last week and they look great. Matt was my rep and he was wonderful. The contractors they used were fast did a great job. They cleaned up everything. Their pricing was by far the best. I had the tint placed on one window and it has made a huge difference in the amount of heat that is kept out of the room. Will definitely be using them for our last 9 windows we have that need to be replaced.

Some of the nicest people to work with. Michael was able to show me more that just great windows. He also has entrance doors, stained to your liking and with any kind of glass in them. Two thumbs up!!

I want to thank Zach for the awesome windows that him and his crew put in I have a double wide trailer and had your standard trailer windows with a metal round the frame I don't know how much money I spent on electric bills I cannot wait to get my first electric bill when I came in and saw my new windows in it actually looks like a home now at all I could do to keep from crying thank you guys for an awesome job and I will be back to get my siding thank you again.

I had all 22 windows replaced and all went all planned. The installers were knowledgeable and respectful, and the office staff equally helpful. I discovered a couple of problems few months after the installation, and again, everything was handled very professionally and promptly, without question. They ultimately replaced two of the windows that were found to be slightly skewed. Again, I was very satisfied with the service and windows. Would definitely recommend Window World to anyone considered replacement windows.

My windows were installed in the spring of this year, 2015, and we love them. They really gave my house a much needed face lift. I bought the house in 2011 & it had the original windows from 1996. You wouldn't think that's very old, but they were wooden windows and just falling apart. Half of them didn't lock, open, or stay up when opened. So, it was Necessary and we are so happy that we went with Window World ♡♡ They were very professional, from the salesman to the installers. Such a great experience all around.
