I received a text message the day before they came out, with times and a reminder of the prep work I needed to complete. They called me the morning before they got here. The guys were professional, explained what they were doing, answered all my questions (I had a lot), vacuumed up inside when finished, replaced all the rotted brick molding, and used a lot more caulk than I would have ever imagined to seal everything up especially as tight as the windows fit, so no skimping on materials. They were able to install 26 of the 29 windows in one day (still waiting on 3 to be made), and all 26 looked great! I don't have anything I could ask them to do any better.

Had purchased storm door sometime ago for exit to patio by pool. Had problem with locking mechanisms, which was froze up and wouldn't work. They repaired it with no proble.Would reccomend them based on my experience. They stand behind their work.

Window World wrapped our home with new aluminum, shaker shingles & new gutters all around. Our home is brick but the wooden eves kept needing replacement. Nice quality windows, double pane low E, sealed, argon filled, went in smoorhly according to my husband, job didnt take as long as estimated. Windows move easily up and down, small opwnibg locks. Appears to be perfect so far.

The workers arrived on time and worked in a timely fashion. Only complaint I have is that they cracked the molding on the inside of my window. When we did our walk through I noticed it and they used caulk to repair it.

Replaced all the windows in my home. Keith and his team of two men were great. Both men were friendly and were excellent installers. Very professional at all times. Cleaned up all the trash and left nothing behind. Removed the blinds from my windows and replaced them when done.Cost was good, when you replace 17 windows it isn’t going to be cheap but they were in line with others. They felt like friends from the moment they arrived till they finished. I have a home that was built in 1984 and to say the least the windows were one of my first projects to replace. One of my friends recommended Window World to me. I made an appointment over the phone to meet up with Keith at the house so he would be able to give me the run down on the windows and to get an estimate. He had a great presentation and was very easy to talk to. I signed the paperwork to get the windows and they said it would take about 6 weeks for them to come in but luckily mine came in within 4 weeks. John called me to schedule an install date within the next week. Jeff and his partner came out to the house and within a couple hours I had new windows that look amazing. Jeff was very professional and again super easy to talk to and even gave me the run down on how the windows were being replaced. I had the best experience and I feel like if there is ever an issue with the windows I will have no problem with the customer service and getting it fixed.
